While in the development stages, Integral has operated with a minimal but world class management team, technical team, and technical advisory board. Collectively the team has the depth and breadth of experience and expertise required to successfully bring our technology to market on a timely basis.

William Robinson, Chairman & CEO, is the co-founder of Integral and is responsible for putting the team together, along with the development and implementation of strategies. Mr. Robinson brings many years of management experience in finance and corporate development. This experience includes twenty years as President of several publicly-traded companies.

William Ince, President & CFO, is a co-founder of Integral and responsible for accounting & financial systems. Mr. Ince brings a background in accounting and operations in several private companies to Integral.

Key Consultant

Mohammad (Mo) Zeidan has over 25 years of experience in automotive engineering and engineering management. At Lear Corp., he was the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Hybrid Engineering, creating the Hybrid Engineering Department that developed innovative technologies resulting in major business growth. Prior to Lear, he worked at United Technologies Automotive "UTA" for about 14 years in Advanced Engineering, guiding many Global OEM programs through the complete technology life cycle from Advance Phase through Production Launch.

Mr. Zeidan and his team bring their extensive experience in the automotive industry in the areas of wire harness and electrical systems design. They have worked with all the major automakers such as Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Mitsubishi, GM, Honda and Nissan. Recently they have worked on the development of hybrid technologies.

Mr. Zeidan and his team will structure work with customers through all phases: from Pre-award to Prototype and Production. They will identify partners for joint development of our customers' products utilizing ElectriPlast™, and take it through product implementation, including technology approval and validation, and secure awarding of contracts. In addition, Mr. Zeidan will be exploring the development and commercialization potential of new techniques for coating any conductive wire with ElectriPlast™.
